Tim Haller was at the Niro, Haller and Niro law firm in Chicago for 38 years and was a name partner. The present Haller Law firm has a full support staff and pursues client matters on its own accord and, for larger matters, through various co-counsel relationships Mr. Haller has enjoyed for many years. In undertaking this model, significant efficiencies are being realized by clients as well as Haller Law.
Although Haller Law is presently anticipating primarily the pursuit of plaintiff side matters, Tim Haller has successfully defended Fortune 1000 and smaller clients against patent and trade secret claims through various stages of the litigation process.
Haller Law continues to practice in all federal and state trial and appellate courts. Tim Haller is a member of the state bars of Illinois, Florida and New York. He is also registered to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and will continue to appear before the PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board).
